Good news, coffee lovers and coaching enthusiasts — Convo Café is back for the third quarter!  The initiative continues to bring winning combo of hot or cold coffee, donuts, pastries, and meaningful one-on-one coaching conversations, creating a relaxed space for employees to connect and reflect. 

Employees from North, South, and our newest participating units — CCLEC, MPTC, and MPTDI — had the opportunity to experience coaching beyond the usual meeting-room setting. Coaches and coachees traded their office tables for comfortable seats, good coffee and pastries, and more relaxed conversations. 

The response was just as warm. Participants shared that the casual setting made it easier to open up, reflect, and engage in meaningful conversations. It was a great reminder that effective coaching doesn’t always have to happen in a formal setting — sometimes, a comfortable space and a good conversation can make all the difference. 

As Convo Café continues to expand, so does our culture of coaching — one conversation, one connection, and one cup of coffee at a time.
