At MPTC, we continuously champion the belief that every employee’s voice matters and deserves to be heard. Through MPTC Exchange, we provide a platform where employees can openly share their thoughts, ideas, and experiences, allowing us to work together in creating a better and more supportive workplace for everyone.
On July 23, an MPTC Exchange session was held at the Customer Focus Annex Training Room 1 with our Easytrip Validation and Account Services Team. The session served as a meaningful “kamustahan,” where team members freely expressed their insights, suggestions, and feedback on various aspects of their work experience.
One of the highlights of the discussion was the team’s appreciation for the alignment of employee benefits across the group. They shared that these enhancements have positively impacted their well-being, helping them feel more motivated, energized, and productive in their roles.
The team also expressed their interest in having more Lead Talks sessions, emphasizing how inspiring and valuable it is to learn from the experiences, challenges, and success stories of our leaders. These conversations not only provide practical insights but also encourage personal and professional growth among employees.
Another key takeaway from the session was the strong sense of collaboration within the team. Employees highlighted the supportive work environment they have built together, which enables them to work effectively and overcome challenges as one team.
Despite their recent move to the Balagtas Office, team members shared that they continue to feel supported through the shuttle services and assistance provided by the company. While there are still some areas for improvement, particularly regarding the office ambiance and facilities, they acknowledged that these adjustments are understandable as they settle into their new workplace.
The MPTC Exchange session once again demonstrated the value of open communication and genuine engagement. It reminds us that when we listen, we learn, and when we collaborate, we grow stronger. By valuing employee voices, we ensure that every step forward is grounded in real experiences, mutual understanding, and a shared commitment to making MPTC an even better place to work.
