Amid the intense Holy Week heat and the challenge of ensuring safe, uninterrupted travel for all road users, we at MPTC have successfully concluded this year’s Biyaheng Arangkada Holy Week 2026.
The “Biyaheng Arangkada” is our seasonal motorist assistance program, designed to support road users during peak travel periods. Formerly known as Safe Trip Mo, Sagot Ko, the program enhances expressway services during high-demand seasons, such as Holy Week, Undas, Christmas, and New Year’s, ensuring safer and more convenient travel across our entire network.
Throughout the period, MPTC teams were on heightened alert along NLEX, SCTEX, NLEX Connector, CAVITEX, CALAX, and CCLEX. From managing traffic flow and providing immediate roadside assistance to ensuring smooth toll transactions, each effort was focused on maintaining continuous mobility and elevating the customer experience.

MPTC Chief for Central Operations and Maintenance, Ms. West Dionisio, highlighted the scale of preparations and extended her appreciation to the teams behind the program’s success:
Every year, Holy Week is one of the key periods that MPTC prepares for. For this year’s Biyaheng Arangkada 2026, we deployed additional manpower, strengthened our incident and emergency response teams, and issued timely advisories.
You made it all happen… maraming, maraming salamat.

This year’s deployment also carried a deeper sense of purpose for NLEX PC Mary Joy Santos, who became the first-ever NLEX lady rider assigned to the motorist assistance program.

Similarly, a sense of “first” defined the experience of CALAX Traffic Investigator Anna Marie Manlangit Eroy, who is in her first year serving as an investigator.
Together, these experiences highlight the vital role each of us plays in maintaining order, safety, and reliability across our expressways, especially during high-traffic seasons.
Driven by our shared commitment to safe and convenient journeys across our expressway network, and anchored in teamwork and service excellence, we at MPTC continue to deliver reliable and efficient travel experiences—powering every journey, whether during peak seasons or on ordinary days.
