At MPTC, we believe the best ideas come from our people—and MPTC Exchange is one way we make sure those voices are heard.
Held last March 25 at the Annex Training Rooms, the session brought together Central IT employees from NLEX in an open and engaging conversation about their experiences, insights, and ideas.

It’s more than just a feedback session. It’s a space where employees can openly share what’s working, what can be improved, and what else we can do better—together.
During the session, a lot of positive feedback came through. The team highlighted how much they appreciate initiatives like shuttling services, special events, and team outings, which make day-to-day work more enjoyable and help strengthen connections.
There was also strong recognition for trainings and learning opportunities, as well as the collaboration within the team—a clear sign of a supportive and engaged work environment. On top of that, wellness activities continue to make a meaningful impact in keeping everyone balanced and energized.
Of course, the conversation didn’t stop there. The team also shared some suggestions on how we can further support them, such as additional clothing allowance and RFID allowance.
Looking ahead, employees expressed the importance of moving forward with promotions and ensuring faster dissemination of directions and updates, so everyone stays aligned and informed.

What’s important is that these insights didn’t just stay within the session—they were openly discussed with their leaders, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and action.
MPTC Exchange continues to remind us that when we listen, we learn—and when we work together, we grow even stronger.
