Designed to listen with care and empathy, the MPTC Exchange program provides a platform to address employee concerns early before it escalates into a grievance. The March 25 session at the Annex Training Rooms gathered NLEX Asset Management employees for an open, honest, and engaging conversation.
The exchange created a safe space where employees freely shared their experiences and suggestions on how we can address the issues raised, reinforcing the importance of dialogue built on trust and respect.

Employees shared that MPTC’s wellness initiatives, learning and development programs, and the Darwinbox HR system user-friendly fetures continue to positively support their overall employee experience.
True to the spirit of MPTC Exchange, participants candidly shared areas for improvement that provide valuable input for continuous enhancement. Key themes included salary alignment and benefits improvement, leadership training to further equip leaders, and increased access to technical and skills-based training. Employees also expressed a desire to expand employee engagement initiatives, with greater focus on mental health support and interest-based clubs.
The HRBP and HR Support Services team was also present throughout the session, facilitating discussions per topic and providing clarity on raised concerns.

When we listen with empathy and act with purpose, we don’t just resolve concerns—we strengthen trust, engagement, and our shared future. As we move forward, MPTC remains steadfast in turning voices into actions and conversations into lasting change.
Because at MPTC, every voice matters.
