Last March 31, employees from the different business units virtually or physically gathered at SM North Towers for the first-ever MPTC Central IT Townhall—a meaningful step toward strengthening alignment, clarity, and connection within the team.
The session brought everyone together to hear directly from leaders as they shared updates on the new organizational structure and how each role contributes to the bigger picture. It was an opportunity to better understand not just where the team is headed, but how each individual plays a part in driving that direction forward.

Leaders walked through their updated roles and responsibilities, giving employees a clearer view of team functions, priorities, and areas of collaboration. More importantly, the discussion helped connect day-to-day tasks to broader organizational goals—making the direction feel more grounded and shared.

The townhall also created space for employees to stay informed, ask questions, and gain clarity—something that becomes even more important during times of change. It reinforced the value of open communication and the importance of keeping everyone aligned as the organization evolves.
More than just updates, the session served as a reminder that behind every structure and role is a team working together toward a common goal.
As MPTC Central IT continues to move forward, initiatives like this townhall play a key role in ensuring that everyone stays informed, aligned, and connected—ready to take on what’s ahead, together.
