MPTC successfully conducted its 2026 Town Hall series across Business Units and Functional Groups, guided by the theme “Moving Forward Together.” The sessions served as key platforms for strengthening alignment, reinforcing strategic priorities, and sustaining open communication across the organization.

Through a mix of hybrid and face-to-face formats, the Town Halls enabled wider participation while fostering meaningful engagement between leadership and employees.

Employees were also given the opportunity to raise questions, share insights, and provide feedback to support continuous improvement across operations and services.

Across all Town Hall sessions, a strong message emerged—success is driven by unity, collaboration, and shared purpose. Leaders emphasized the importance of breaking silos, strengthening coordination, and ensuring alignment with MPTC’s strategic direction.

The sessions also reinforced the value of two-way communication, where employee voices contribute meaningfully to decision-making and organizational improvement. The hybrid setup further supported inclusivity, ensuring participation across geographically dispersed teams.

The 2026 Town Hall series reflects MPTC’s continued commitment to fostering an engaged, informed, and aligned organization. By creating consistent spaces for dialogue and collaboration, MPTC strengthens its culture of transparency and shared accountability.

As the organization advances its goals for the year, these engagements reaffirm a collective commitment to progress—moving forward together as one MPTC, guided by purpose, collaboration, and continuous growth.
