When the Central IT family gathers under one roof, you can always expect a mix of sharp insights, clear direction, and an undeniable pulse of camaraderie. The recent Central IT Townhall proved to be far more than just a standard departmental update—it was a true celebration of progress, alignment, and community. Bringing together team members from across the organization, the event delivered an open and invigorating look at where we stand and where we are headed next, leaving everyone feeling lighter, inspired, and deeply connected. 

At the heart of the townhall was a commitment to total transparency. Leadership laid out clear, actionable directions and comprehensive updates, effectively sweeping away any lingering ambiguity about our overarching company goals. Hearing directly from leaders created an atmosphere of trust and openness, giving everyone cross-team visibility into how each moving piece contributes to our collective vision. Participants repeatedly shared how refreshing it was to get the full picture, noting that the candid discussions brought a genuine sense of relief, clarity, and renewed purpose to their daily work.
