Building meaningful connections goes beyond the workplace—it also means creating opportunities to encourage one another, grow together, and strengthen our faith.
On July 17, 2026, we officially launched Faith, Friends on Fridays, a new Care Group initiative designed to bring colleagues together every other Friday for fellowship, meaningful conversations, and Bible-based discussions. Held in a hybrid format, the gathering welcomed employees who desired to pause from their busy schedules and invest in their spiritual growth while building genuine friendships.

Our first session introduced a unique series titled “If Bible Characters Had Instagram: Lessons from the Lives Behind the Bible.” Through a creative and relatable approach, participants explored the life of Abraham as if scrolling through his Instagram feed. Each post highlighted a significant moment in his journey—from leaving his homeland and trusting God’s promises to waiting patiently and witnessing God’s faithfulness.
More than learning about a Bible character, participants reflected on their own journeys of faith. Through open discussions, personal sharing, and prayer, they were reminded that while life often presents uncertainty, God’s faithfulness remains constant. The session encouraged everyone to trust God even when they cannot see the whole picture, just as Abraham did.
Faith, Friends on Fridays is more than a Bible study—it’s a community where colleagues can find encouragement, build lasting friendships, and grow together in their walk with God. As we continue this journey, we invite everyone to be part of the next episode in our series, where we’ll discover the inspiring story of Joseph and learn how God can turn life’s setbacks into purpose.
Whether you’re joining for the first time or returning for another session, there’s always a place for you.
Together, let’s continue building a workplace where faith, friendship, and community flourish—one Friday at a time. 🤍
